Part Time Organizational Coordinator 

Seminary of the Wild is growing!  And we need some help. 

We are looking for a smart, organized, intuitive, self-starting, efficient human who can invest part time into the work of supporting the new and growing organization of Seminary of the Wild.  There are many admin projects needing the attention of someone with the skills and energy and heart to not only attend to several routine daily and weekly tasks but also to envision and create new systems for the flow of the business behind the walls of the programs.  Note:  This position is remote! (we all work remotely)

ADMIN FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Update and manage the apps we use, including Trello, Zoom, Google docs, Youtube

  • Simple video editing of Zoom recordings onto Youtube and then Trello

  • Getting and keeping our many many many digital documents organized and retrievable

  • Working with retreat venues to organize details for on-land retreats

  • Managing follow up with participants in our monthly Luminaries series

  • Managing Zoom (breakouts, recordings etc) during programs

  • Managing other admin functions that arise

 

SOCIAL MEDIA / MARKETING:

 

  • Networking: Proactively connecting with potential participants through Social media (FB and Instagram) postings and interactions. Expanding reach of the SOW brand through various networks of similar online communities. Increasing engagement with our website and content.

  • Working with marketing calendar to schedule posts across web and social media

  • Updating website and managing the back end database (through Wix)

 

PAY:  $25/hour @ 15 hours/week to start
